My Kitchen and My Roots
“Seasonality, culture, and travel have shaped the chef I am today.”
With roots in Argentina and an Italian-Spanish heritage, Creole and Mediterranean flavors are at the heart of my cuisine. Traveling and training throughout South America and Europe, working alongside chefs from around the world, I have developed a great skill in cross-cuisine: Latin American, Italian, Spanish, and Asian. This has been key to my culinary artistry, surprising customers worldwide.
